Reinstalling Windows Vista help

Hello everybody. I am having a problem and hope I can get it resolved. I reinstalled Windows Vista Home Premium on my Dell Inspiron 530s. I manually reinstalled Vista with the DELL disc it came with. However when I reinstalled it, the display looks like it is in Safe Mode, which it is not. Anyways, I let it reinstall. However I was trying to install the drivers to see if with that it would go back to displaying normal. However, when I try to install the DELL system software, (which says to do so before other drivers) I get an error: This computer does not support the operating system. If anyone has any idea what it going on or have any suggestions, please help! Thank you for your time. Edit: I want to install the drivers so that my speakers, Internet, etc will work. However when I try to install the desktop system software, i get an error: DELL SYSTEM SOFTWARE - install shield wizard: This computer does not support this operating system, even though when I extract the files it says it is for my desktop (inspiron desktop 530). I can't do anything else unless I install the drivers correctly. Pics: Yes the Dell logo is on the screen. This os the only computer in the house. Here is a pic of the error I am getting: http://i.imgur.com/9rbyAyW.jpg and a pic of how my display is: http://imgur.com/SUjec2w notice how the fonts and icons are big like if it was in safe mode but it isn't.
