Dell Inspiron One 2305 - Windows 7 problems
FIRST PROBLEM: Computer wont go beyond "shutting down" after we try to shut down. We dont have patience for hours so we manually turn the power off. This has happened for months!
A couple of moments when we can shut down..
1. after i did power off manually, click on F8 as it starts & click on "shut down" from "start". the computer shut down without any delay.
2. As soon as I open my computer, I click "shut down" before even fully starting the computer.
SECOND PROBLEM: I cannot "system restore" this computer. Said errors every time i choose any point in the past to reset.
THIRD PROBLEM: One time the computer went past "shutting down" on the screen and it got stuck again on "Windows is configuring ... please do not shut down".
FOURTH PROBLEM: i thought there might be problem with so many software downloaded on my computer so I went to "Program and features" to uninstall several installed ones like "itunes" "mcaffee" "simcleaner" it took me long time to uninstall each one.. at the same time, "window is configuring so and so (whatever I tried to uninstall) "
FIFTH PROBLEMS: my wireless would get disconnected out of the blue for no apparent reason. I was asked to keep saving a paper that i typed on microsoft words 2013 with different names every 5 minutes. This gets annoying so prompted me to search for solutions.
I RUN OUT OF IDEAS to trouble shoot.. I looked online about window 7 and inspiron one 2305..
Nothing really helps so far. If anyone knows anything please reply. Thanks very much.
