Latitude D630 - reset to original factory settings.

I'm trying to reset my older model Latitude D630 back to factory specs, however I being told that there is no reset information on my computer.  I get this after I restart and hit F8 to get into the start menu, pick my language and sign-in. 

I think this D630 was purchased in 2008.  It has Vista Premium Business.

Am I missing something?  Where should I search for this elusive file?
