My relative purchased workstation laptop Precision M4600 with Next Business Day Support Warranty expiring in 2 + years. IT was purchased about 9 months ago and working very very slow, so I decided to reinstall Win7, and I want to do CLEAN INSTALL, however, he doesn't have any discs, not even bluish sticker with OEM serial, only back up partition.
Question, how is it possible to request OEM serial, or WIn7 OEM version with serial, or something similar? I will, anyway reinstall Microsoft Win7 version, but need even OEM serial for this. I have nothing against Dell support programs, but his laptop is slower than my XPS GEN3, which is 8.5 years old!
Any help appreciated.
